A growing services company in the San Fernando Valley seeks a hands-on Controller.  Individual will be responsible for Accounting and Finance functions and be willing to take a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Financial Statement reporting packages for 2 operating companies
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• A/R Invoicing
• A/R Collections
• A/P Reconciliation
• Cash Flow Budgeting
• Fixed Asset Ledger
• Accurate levels of Accruals
• Sales Recognition Policy Enforcement
• Issue Form 1099's to contractors each year
• Prepare financial budgets

Requirements

• The ideal candidate Should be HIGHLY proficient in QuickBooks, Word and, Excel
• Must hold a degree in Accounting and have experience as a Controller
• A CPA certification is preferred
