A Services Company in Orange County seeks an SEC Reporting Manager. Company offers tremendous opportunity along with a fantastic benefit package.

• Preparation and filing of all SEC filings.
• Assist in the preparation and/or review of the Mo/Qtr/Ytd Board Packages.
• Preparation and/or review of various state and federal filing requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and/or review of the Quarterly Board of Directors Package.
• Management of the company’s Stock Option Plans in Express Options.
• Preparation and/or review of the Earnings Per Share Calculation.
• Preparation and/or review of the Quarterly Debt Compliance Certificate Reports.
• Assist in the preparation and/or review of the Quarterly Press Releases and Script.
• Review, assess and document accounting and financial reporting implications of complex transactions.
• Manage the company’s Sox compliance process.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Accounting or Business with Accounting Emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in the Accounting profession.
• Experience at a publicly held company.
• CPA Licensed.
• Must have previous SEC reporting experience. Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience personally preparing 10 K’s and 10 Q’s.
• Experience with MD&A.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, deal with changes in direction of focus and manage to deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
