A large service company in Orange County seeks a Sr Tax Accountant. Individual will Support and assist the Global Tax Department’s tax compliance responsibilities and provide as needed support for various tax projects. Responsibilities

• Preparing tax returns to meet US, State and foreign compliance for Agility entities
• Preparing and calculating quarterly and annual tax provision for all Agility entities
• Calculating and preparing estimated taxes and extensions
• Preparing/Review local annual filings for property taxes, business license renewals and annual registration
• Provide tax assistance in special tax projects such as mergers & acquisition, transfer pricing, integration and/or restructuring,
• Provide tax assistance to Agility business units.

Requirements

• Accounting/Business degree with a number of accounting or finance classes (B. A.) from four-year            College or university is a must
• Three to five years experience in a tax, accounting and/or finance department required
• Master degree in Business Taxation and/or CPA preferred
• CPA license preferred
